Ad-Aware

Install the software

(Click on ‘Run’ when prompted)

Take all defaults to install, but clear the tick in the last 3 boxes

To use Ad-Aware…

Click on this Icon (on your desktop) to run.

If you see this screen, you should update the software…

Click on Configure

Click ‘Start’

Leave setting on Default as below – Click ‘Next’

When scan is finished you will see a screen as below – click ‘Next’

Right click on one on the ‘select’ boxes and click on ‘Select All Objects’

You will see a warning – Click ‘OK’

The Files will be quarantined and then removed, you will then return to the start screen –
Click ‘X’ to exit.
